France in Petersham: Beachscape Workshop in Sydney - SAT 30 AUG (afternoon sesssion)
I’m bringing my popular palette knife painting workshop to Sydney at the end of August as part of a special French-inspired day!
Join me, together with Emma Polsen from Boutique Barn Co. for a special full-day event at the charming Georgia Draws A House studio in Petersham, Sydney for a day that transports you to the heart of France through art and indulgence. Aptly named France in Petersham, the day will consist of two creative sessions to choose between – a morning artisan mixed-media tapestry session or an afternoon palette knife painting session (or do both!).
I’ll be running a new French-inspired palette knife painting workshop in the afternoon session where I’ll guide you step-by-step to create your own textured beachscape artwork of the colourful beaches of Menton inspired by France’s iconic southern coastline—cocktail/mocktail in hand!

Time: 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Experience: Paint the vibrant beaches of Menton using palette knife techniques in a relaxed, guided setting.
Includes: All art materials, a wooden magnetic artwork hanger, a French-inspired cocktail/mocktail and cheese board.
Price: $200 per person
• Spots are limited for this one-of-a-kind creative afternoon. Come escape with us—no passport needed!
• No experience? No problem. If you can butter toast, I can show you how to paint with a palette knife!

TIME:
Workshop run either from 1.30-4.00pm on Saturday 30 August, 2025.
Please ensure you arrive at least 10 mins early so that we can start on time.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note that bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
However your ticket is transferrable – if you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to send someone in your place. Just let me know their name before the workshop.
